  You may also use your Paypal account to place an order on our website. You can pick your payment option during checkout.
  
• check or money order
  If paying by check or money order, please do not place your order through our shopping cart system. Just email us and include the name of your selection(s), your name and address, and how you intend to pay. Payment must be received before order will be shipped. Additionally, if paying by personal check, your order will not be shipped until check has cleared.

• shipping method | All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with confirmation for all US addresses, unless otherwise requested.
• shipping costs | There is a flat shipping/handling rate of $5.00 on all orders. Please contact us regarding international shipping rates. Insurance is available by request and will be added to shipping total.
• sales tax | 2.9% sales tax will be charged on all Colorado orders.
• receipt of product | Items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving your payment. For custom orders, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your shipment as the products are made to order.
• packaging| all sexy vexy jewelry will be wrapped in decorative tissue paper and packaged in a kraft colored, cotton-filled gift box, wrapped up in a bow, unless otherwise specified in the order.
  
  Greeting cards are individually packaged in clear plastic envelopes and each group of 5 cards is additionally packaged in clear plastic boxes wrapped up with a bow.
• as a gift | We can send your gift directly to the recipient at your request. Just enter the recipients address in the shipping address section and add your message to the recipient in the comments box on the order form.

| refund policy |

sexy vexy takes great care in creating a product that is carefully constructed and of great quality, and it is our goal that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you still wish to return an item(s), this is our policy:

Any returns must reach us within 7 days after the order is received, in it's original, unused condition. Please include a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. A prompt refund will be credited in the form of the original payment method, as soon as we receive the goods in satisfactory condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless sexy vexy has made an error with your order.

If an item has broken due to normal "wear and tear", sexy vexy is happy to repair the item for up to six months after purchase at no charge to you, except the cost of shipping it to us.

Every item is entirely handmade by sexy vexy and is either a one-of-a-kind design or produced on a very limited edition basis.

PLEASE NOTE: One-of-a-kind items are not automatically removed from the site once an order is place. There is a chance that two people will order the same product before it has been removed. In the event of this happening, the person who placed the order second will be immediately notified. We will offer to work with the customer in creating a similar product or a full refund will be issued upon request.
